One account per person

Each person may hold only one account on acv365. If the same individual opens multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited. Account Security

Acv365 may request identity verification at any time. Typically, a copy of your national ID or passport and proof of address will be required. acv365 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until KYC verification is complete. This process is in place to protect your security and prevent fraud.

• Selling or transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts cannot be opened under a business or corporate name.

Deposit Rules

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.

If your internet connection drops or a technical issue occurs during gameplay, acv365 will determine the outcome based on system logs. If a technical error is identified in any game, the bet for that round may be voided and refunded.

• Exploiting any bug or glitch in the game software is strictly prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

Whether any remaining balance is returned upon account closure depends on the reason for closure. In cases of fraud or serious violations, balances may be forfeited.

You may also request to close your own account at any time. In such cases, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance.

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact our support team in the first instance. The team will work to resolve the issue, and in most cases a resolution is provided within 48 hours.

If your issue cannot be resolved through support, you may file a formal complaint. acv365 takes all complaints seriously and investigates them impartially. In disputes regarding game outcomes, server logs will be considered the final evidence.

Acv365 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website, and the updated effective date will be shown at the top of the page.
